At Raeyah's Hands of Support, our mission is to bring comfort, joy and hope to children with autism and their families as they face the challenges of cancer treatment.
Every day, around five children receive a cancer diagnosis. The journey that follows can be overwhelming, filled with hospital visits, uncertainty and long days away from home. Many children miss out on the simple joys of childhood - birthdays, playdates and family outings because of treatment and the constant risk of infection.
We understand how deeply cancer affects not just a child, but their entire family. That's why we're dedicated to brightening their days, even in the smallest ways.
Our "Bundles of Fun" are thoughtfully created sensory and entertainment packages, each one tailored to a child's unique needs and interests. These bundles are filled with items that bring comfort, calm and a touch of happiness during long hospital stays - a small reminder that they are not alone on this journey.

In 2023, Raeyah's parents, Becky & Kevin, together with their long-term friends, launched a fundraisers to secure overseas treatment for Raeyah, which was unavailable in the UK.
Despite the tremendous efforts & support form the local community, Raeyah sadly passed away before her parents were able to speak with the consultant abroad.
From the unimaginable heartache of losing their child, Becky & Kevin decided the best way to honour Raeyah's memory was to continue her legacy by supporting other children undergoing cancer treatment.
Raeyah has two brothers with whom she shared an unbreakable bond. Following her passing, both boys struggled to come to terms with their loss- particularly her youngest brother, who is diagnosed with autism. Before Raeyah's diagnosis, one of her brothers had also spent time in hospital, and the family had witnessed first-hand the anxiety he experienced being away from home in an unfamiliar & often unpredictable environment.
This is why their mission now is to raise awareness of childhood cancer & support children with disabilities undergoing treatment at Bristol Children's Hospital by providing bespoke entertainment packages designed to bring comfort, ease anxiety and offer a sense of calm during difficult days.
